Mount Gambier’s Blue Lake
The Blue Lake is located in Mt Gambier, South Australia.
The lake is one of four lakes of (only two remain) that run along a dormant volcano crater ridge located in the Mt Gambier area.
The lake has an average depth of around 72 meters (236 feet) and is at its most stunning cobalt blue during the summer months (December to March). The lake is circled by a walking trail and has several lookout posts that allow for great photography spots.
The garden is free to enter and no reservation or booking needs to be made to take photos at the Blue lake.
